ROOM NO. 1
Room No. 1 is a single room for one student, size: 12m2. It is located on the 1st floor of the house.
The room has:
- bed (size: 90x200cm),

- large corner wardrobe,
- desk with drawers,
- chair,
- table lamp,
- laundry basket,
- the window has roller shutters.
ROOM NO. 2
Room No. 2 is a single room for one student, size: 8.5m2. It is located on the 1st floor of the house.
The room has:
- bed (size: 90x200cm),
- wardrobe,
- desk with drawers,
- chair,
- table lamp,
- small chest of drawers,
- laundry basket,
- the window has roller shutters.
ROOM NO. 3
Room No. 3 is a double room for two students, size 15m2. It is located on the 1st floor of the house.
The room has for student 1:
- bed (size: 90x200cm) with a drawer,
- bedside table,
- wardrobe,
- desk with drawers,
- chair,
- table lamp,
- small closet,
- laundry basket.
The room has for student 2:
- bed (size: 90x200cm) with a drawer,
- bedside table,
- wardrobe,
- desk with drawers,
- chair,
- table lamp,
- small closet,
- laundry basket.
The windows have roller shutters.
ROOM NO. 4
Room No. 4 is a single room for one student, size: 9.9m2. It is located on the ground floor of the house.
The room has:
- bed (size: 90x200cm),
- bedside table,
- wardrobe,
- desk with drawers,
- chair,
- table lamp,
- laundry basket,
- balcony door with exit to the terrace (on the balkony door, there is a mosquito net and roller shutters).
ROOM NO. 5
Room No. 5 is a single room for one student, size: 8m2. It is located on the ground floor of the house.
- bed (size: 90x200cm),
- wardrobe,
- desk with drawers,
- chair,
- table lamp,
- laundry basket,
- balcony door (with roller shutters) with exit to the terrace, and a window (with mosquito net and roller shutters).
ROOM NO. 6
Room No. 6 is a single room for one student, size: 12m2. It is located in the semi-basement of the house.
The room has:
- bed (size: 90x200cm),
- two wardrobes,
- desk with drawers,
- chair,
- table lamp,
- small closet,
- hanging rack,
- laundry basket,
- the window has interior blinds and a fixed mosquito net.
Please note that although the room is in a semi-basement, it has two windows with normal daylight.
Provided: central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a stove (induction), and all kitchen utensils; bed linens and towels are also provided. There is also an iron, an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
