We offer a house in Ljubljana—Bežigrad (Herbersteinova ulica/street) for rent to a group of students. Student House Ljubljana has six bedrooms: five singles and one shared room (for 2 students); there is room for 7 students.
The house underwent large renovations in 2025 (electricity, a completely renovated kitchen, floor renovation in the rooms and kitchen, a complete renovation of one of the bathrooms, and most of the furniture is new or very well preserved). Each student has a key to their room.

What we offer
The 1st floor:
- Room No. 1: a single room (size: 12m2, a single room for one student),
- Room No. 2: a single room (size: 8.5m2, a single room for one student),
- Room No. 3: a shared room (size: 15m2, a common bedroom with two single beds for two students).
The ground floor:
- Room No. 4: a single room (size: 9.9m2, a single room for one student),
- Room No. 5: a single room (size 8m2, a single room for one student).
The semi-basement:
- Room No. 6: a single room (size: 12m2, a single room for one student).
The house also has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with a shower and a toilet each), and a terrace.
What is provided?
There are 7 beds (90×200 cm; the bedding is provided), 7 work desks, 7 table lamps, wardrobes, 7 laundry baskets, towels (2 big and 2 smaller ones for each student), central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a stove (induction). There is also an iron, an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
