If you are interested in renting the room, please read the information about the contract and payment.
The Student House Ljubljana is rented to a group of students, not a single student. Costs are included.
- Before sending the contract draft, the student has to send the lessor a confirmation of enrolment in the study programme (the Mobility Acceptance Letter) and a copy of their document (a passport or a personal ID).
- We send the student the contract that both parties sign (the student and we, a company).
- The reservation fee of 20% of the rental price is paid when signing the contract.
- The student pays the rest of the amount upon arrival and moving in:
- A monthly rent (the reservation fee will be deducted from the first rent), plus
- a security deposit for one month’s rent (the student gets it back upon departure if all the costs have been paid and the room and common rooms are as the student got them).
- We also charge 50 EUR for the final cleaning.
