Special desk at the Administrative Unit Ljubljana 2026
The University of Ljubljana, together with the Administrative Unit Ljubljana, arranges a special desk for their international students. Their International Student Ambassadors will greet you each working day during that time. They will offer guidance for submitting paperwork to apply for a residence permit. It is anticipated that you have all the necessary paperwork on hand, have completed the application form, and intend to submit the required paperwork for your residence permit that same day.
